New User Instructions

STEP 1. 

 

  • Visit the NCAA Eligibility Center link BELOW.

  • Scroll down and Create a Profile Page for your player under the DIII or UNDECIDED section. (Please note that if you are in High school and you are already decided you may Create an Account under the DI & DII section : this will cost $90. *ALL middle school  & undecided players may  Create a FREE Profile Page under the DIII / Undecided section and upgrade in the future at anytime

  • Fill out all the Info needed.

  • You will be Given a NCAA I.D.#. Write this # down as it will be needed to complete the next step.

  • BE SURE TO SAVE YOUR EMAIL & PASSWORD for future use.

STEP 2. ​​

​

  • Visit the NCAA basketball Certification System link BELOW.

  • Scroll all the way down and click REGISTER AS A NEW USER.  

  • Use your players NCAA I.D.# from previous step and fill out all the info needed.

  • Players/Guardians MUST also watch a series of informational videos to complete registration.

  • Finish all needed steps and submit.

  • BE SURE TO SAVE YOUR EMAIL AND PASSWORD for future use.

STEP 3. WAIT for a Coaches Invitation to “Join the BENCH”. Once you get this email and click Join team, you will be officially added to the Charlotte Monarchs Rosters for all NCAA events. (Be patient this email may take some time to get)
